Viewing the Project Summary, the combination of graphical and matrix representation helps you quickly evaluate the health of a project.
Budget Comparison
Seeing the totals for early project estimates with Current, Actual and Earned totals helps to identify just how much the project has grown. This is especially helpful when using the Forecast data to see what the end of project totals will be.
Forecasting
The forecast for a project can be viewed at any summary level all the way to the most detailed level in the Work Breakdown Structure.
Cost Report
The Cost Report provides summary and details for each level in the Work Breakdown Structure.
Document Portal
The Document Portal can save any document or image users need to retain or archive for a project. This might include a picture or video to a task. In the whole this also includes any document for project startup and execution.
Portfolio Performance
A Portfolio of Projects provides a view of the portfolio performance over time. Selecting any previous time period gives valuable insight to how performance has changed over time.
