Scope: Demolition of existing FCC Box Cooler and control house.  Installation of new box cooler and instrumentation building.

Budget:  $4.3MM

Duration:  18 Months

Highlights:  Civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation, cooling coils setting, tie-ins to existing systems, outage work.

Mitigations/Successes:  Replaced existing box cooler system in place during constrained winter production schedule. Earned Value methodology was used to measure productivity, predict cost and validate schedule.  Coordination and connection to existing operating systems.
