Scope:  Increase capacity of existing pipeline carrying refined product between various point in Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Budget:  $180MM

Duration:  24 Months

Highlights:  Provided planning, estimating and project controls services.  Managed all contractors on behalf of the Owner.  Successfully coordinated cost and schedule and provided Cost and Schedule forecast for the owner.

Mitigations/Successes:   Detailed planning and scheduling performed by senior staff resulted in unprecedented forecasting accuracy for this confidential client. Continuous facts-based coordination and conflict resolution contributed to the successful forecasting of the completion date to the day.  Also addressed changes in the Engineering phase achieving 10% cost savings.
