Mitigations/Successes:  Developed a recovery plan with multiple options to complete the construction scope and support planned school opening. Provided owner with several alternative plans that take in consideration various levels of contractor cooperation. The baseline assessment scope included a review of the existing documents, several site visits with the Owner / Owner’s representative, a field survey of existing conditions and the preparation of a comprehensive report detailing the findings. Key to the report is an analysis of progress and Earned Value to date, estimating the scope and magnitude of the remaining work in both labor hours and dollars.
