Executrek was founded by Steven Bereczki, its President and CEO. We give owners an independent, fact-based view of where a capital project really stands and where it is heading, and a team that acts on it.
The method is earned value, done properly: progress measured against a real plan, verified in the field, and turned into forecasts the owner can act on while there is still time. The same core team has refined it for more than 25 years on project engagements from $1 million to $1.83 billion.
