The team developed and maintained a Supplier Supervision Program to monitor and enforce schedule, cost, quality and constructability compliance across a large multi-vendor offsite fabrication program.
How we handled it
The schedule was expedited by 3 months by identifying critical activities early enough to mitigate them before they hit the fabrication schedule. The risk of installing engineered equipment was reduced by setting shipping priorities and installation scopes with each vendor.
