The project
A new manufacturing process for a low global warming potential product used in a near drop-in replacement for HFC-245fa refrigerant: a new structure, reactor vessel, piping, raw material and product storage, truck loading and unloading, and a thermal oxidizer.
What we did
Built next to another major construction project already underway: civil, mechanical, structural and electrical work, reactor setting, automation, multiple tie-ins and railroad coordination, with an elevated process structure inside the battery limits of a tight operating area.
How we handled it
