What we did
As the owner’s agents, the Executrek team put an earned-value based project management and controls plan in place, issued weekly analysis that found many time and cost savings, and ran vendor oversight for every specialty equipment manufacturer on a $300M critical-path scope.
How we handled it
Integrating project controls with data analysis gave the owner unique insight through detailed design and construction. Poor SPI, CPI and productivity values were caught early, so the owner and the EPC firm could remove bottlenecks before the following disciplines were hit.
