Demolition of an existing FCC box cooler and control house, and a new box cooler and instrumentation building.
What we did
Civil, mechanical, structural, electrical and instrumentation work, cooling coil installation, connections to existing systems and outage work.
How we handled it
The box cooler was replaced in place during a constrained winter production schedule. Earned value tracked productivity, forecast cost and confirmed the schedule; coordination with operating systems was critical.
