A new 30,000 m² manufacturing facility in Europe for a polyiso foam insulation board, taking the client onto a new continent.
What we did
Planning and scheduling for engineering design, equipment manufacturing and construction: civil, mechanical and electrical.
How we handled it
Executrek ran project management and project controls across a building in Germany, manufacturing equipment in Italy and corporate planning in the U.S., aligned the operations, quality, IT, hiring, marketing, QC lab and maintenance teams, and coordinated permitting with environmental considerations.
