The project
A new manufacturing process for a high-performance, low global warming potential product used in applications from aerosols to propellants and blowing agents: new structure, reactor vessels, piping, raw material and product storage, truck loading and unloading, and effluent treatment.
What we did
Work inside an operating facility: civil, mechanical, structural and electrical, reactor setting, automation, multiple tie-ins and railroad coordination, with an elevated process structure in a constrained operating area.
How we handled it
Comprehensive cost engineering and forecasting based on earned value measured productivity and validated the schedule through design and construction.
