An ultra-low sulfur gasoline unit to meet EPA gasoline requirements, and a hydrogen recovery unit to support it.
What we did
Civil, mechanical, structural and electrical work, vessel and equipment setting, and tie-ins to existing systems.
How we handled it
A complex foundation system for the hydrogen recovery compressor was installed accurately. Earned value measured productivity, predicted cost and validated the schedule, keeping the work on track for the plant turnaround.
